Moldy Mattress – I spent over $700 on a mattress. Got it home and unwrapped it. Smelled mildew but thought it's just the "new smell" and figured I'd give it 24 hours. The next day I woke up to an apartment stinking like mold and a scrathy throat. I called customer service who to ask them to replace it. Both the store manager and warehouse manager were rude and told me I'd have to pay for delivery service again, if they'd even replace the moldy mattress...unbelievable!! Cant believe this....no way to pay........... – You cant call, order and pay with a credit card! You have to go, hand them a card, weight for them to get it, then load it...unbelievable.. This is 2008!!!! wake up and catch up

POOR QUALITY FURNITURE AND SERVICE – AFW has a wide selection of everything people are looking for. If you are looking for quality and service? Dont go to AFW! The quality is short lived. I have bought thousands of dollars and am now looking again to upgrade because the quality is was so poor. The service...I recently ordered a Curio Cabinet that I intended on placing my valuables on display. The moment I locked the cabinet the key broke off inside.
