They don't treat customers as it should do. I bought a mattress but they delivered a different one. Same model but different material. And they didn't want to replace for the right one. No commitment with customer. I definitely won't return.

I was very relaxed by not being hounded by an associate trying to sell me something I did not want. Dakk was there for us with any questions and did check in with us periodically. I was able to concentrate on what I was purchasing. Thanks for a Great shopping experience Dakk.(from a person who hardly goes into stores anymore!)Now I will have my new fridge once we pick it up!!

The worst customer service on earth.
I has recently had purchased a refrigerator with delivery. There was an issue with picking up the old refrigerator (mis-communication on my end) but Sears really supported me and offered to help out in clearing up the issue. Great experience and the customer support fare exceeded my expectations Thank you again and I will be buying from you in the future. Henry-
