Terrible products! The slats on the bed we purchased shift and fall nightly making it impossible to sleep in our bed! We've tried contacting the warranty, they denied the claim. We contacted the manufacturer but they will not return our calls or emails and the store is zero help! I would never purchase from them again!

Bought a couch from this company. One year later it has completely sunk in. Furniture these days is crap.

I purchased a sectional couch, dining room table and accent chair. The couch was not in stock so they said it all would be delivered the following day. As I’m waiting for the call from the driver, I get a call from the store saying there was a “problem” with the truck and the delivery is going to have to be pushed back another day. 1.0 star rating If I could give 0 stars I'd do it. I do not wish for anyone what I'm going through with this store. I bought a King size bed that they should deliver in the following day for a $75 dollars fee. They called me on the day the bed should be delivered telling me that the bed was damaged and they would get another one from another store and deliver me on the following day but I would have to pay now $85 for the deliver instead $75. I bought a twin mattress and realized over time I purchased junk. The mattress lasted a year and was only used by a child weighing less than 40 pounds. I noticed signs that all sales were final therefore no refunds. This made me feel a certain way but unfortunately the sales rep didn't mention this and i read the signs soon after i made the purchase. After this, I vowed never to do business with a company with no return policy.

I have been an American Freight Customer for many years. This was the first time I have ever been disappointed in their customer service. I went in to purchase a sofa and when I walked in no one acknowledged me for a good ten minutes. When someone finally did, I told them what I wanted and that I was already approved for their payment program but they had given me a different store then this one. I asked can it be changed since this store was closer to my home . I was told yes and given a number to call to have it changed. I... read more

The sales associates were fine but once the furniture is out of their hands good luck with getting a hold of anyone for help. After having our sofa for only one month it broke. We have been waiting 6 weeks to hear back from the warranty company. Everytime we call the store they have no answer for us. This is ridiculous.
