First, I own my own business so I understand that a customers satisfaction is Priority #1, that is if you want to keep them. I don't know if it's Management or the store's associates but I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this place again! My husband and I went in shopping for a wall oven. The sales associate told us that they didn't have one with our specific measurements in stock in store but could check the inventory. She took us to the computers up front, then proceeded to basically check the website. Good products, cheap prices. I bought a refrigerator and some clothes. Was a great experience.
The people who answer the phone are helpful and courteous and knew what I wanted. They came to the phone quickly after the auto answer ended.
I shopped there and found several nice things. I will shop there again.
You just can't touch the values. We just bought a top of the line Electrolux refrigerator for $1000. Yes, it has very slight damage to the door but no more than you'd expect any refrigerator to have if children happen by with any regularity. Besides, I just learned a new trick for removing small dents. Hope it works but I'm still elated if it doesn't. Monique is a terrific sales person. Very helpful with lots of good information about manufacturers, both good and bad.

Went there to day and it was close at six not 9.00 pm that was the department of lawn equitment this web site does not say went it closes I even check by calling and no one answers the phone, the rest of the other departments were open till 9.00 pm that was very annoying made a trip there for notting. This was on a Saturday.
