Not happy with American Freight at all. I purchased a dresser for my daughter. We brought it home only to find out the wood was cracked at the bottom, a drawer won't close and another drawer falls when you try closing it. We never even got to put her clothes into it. Because there are no refunds or exchanges, we had to go somewhere else to buy her another. If you need to go there, do yourself a favor and open it up and try it out before you leave the store. �
Since I live in Florida 14 years ago them and bought all my furniture, I love their prices and good quality furniture, tomorrow will turn to purchase my next living room #3 �
Unfortunately the management and regional manager are not on track with the right follow up and follow through of what is needed to run a successful business. I would not buy from this location or under that regional manager as their concern is only for a sale and not client or quality
They were very helpful with my budget and also helped me to put a beautiful living room package together. If you want good furniture for a great price this is the place to come.
Purchased 2 twin beds from this location. Items sold to me were not as advertised, mattress didn't fit properly and product was damaged. When I went back up there to discuss my issues with salesman and manager, I was told all sales are final and they wouldn't be able to help me. (Besides replacing the damaged footboard) I hadn't even opened the other bed yet! I have recommended this place to friends and family and have purchased multiple products from them in the past. After this experience, I will not be returning.
