EVERY SINGLE TIME I have purchased ANYTHING from this place, I have had an issue. Just to list a few; took forever to deliver my furniture even when it was in stock, didn’t communicate delivery fees, charged me twice for a bedroom set, I asked for a refund and they ended up withdrawing more money from my account and it took 3 months to get it back after calling my bank, showing proof 3 times of the transaction, and calling the corporate office, and really rude and unprofessional service. Got out mattresses delivered same day! Friendly staff!
Bought a mattress less than 2 weeks ago and it's completely shot in s few spots already. The foam just smashed down to the actual mattress. There is so reason it should break down that quickly. Can't return because of plastic being removed. Won't be shopping here again
This place is amazing! I am in shock at how low the prices are and the quality of the furniture is wonderful! I will be getting ALL of my new furniture here from now on! I've already picked out my new sectional while I bought the new bed here today!
After waiting till 9pm at night for my couch to be delivered....they unwrap it to find that one part of the sectional was brown and the other was black! Now have to deal with the mess of getting it straightened out! I ordered brown....the tag on the couch clearly states Black....so obviously they didn’t even check what they were putting on the truck!
