The level of customer service I received from Brandon was top-notch, and I truly felt like he went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction
It has taken an entire year to even get my sectional looked at. I was told that the warranty cover pet damages and stain. Uhm definitely doesn’t seem true. It has taken more than 6 months to get my section looked at by a technician and that was pointless. I will not ever purchase furniture from this place again
