I was a patient of Dr. Bradford and had a good experience until recently. In November, I was having knee problems and while I was there, the office staff called my insurance and told me I was approved for the injections. Now, 4 months later, I am being billed $2800 for an injection I was told was covered. I cannot afford that and would not have gotten the injection if I had not been specifically told that my insurance had agreed to cover it. It's just not right or honest to come back and charge me for it now.
