I got an IUD. It has done something wrong to my uterus. I can feel it. I tried calling, took FOREVER, and they would not let me get in anytime soon. I'm nervous for what is happening. Don't go here. They are very inconsiderate and very hard to work with. It's frustrating to work with this company.
My experience with the midwives here has been amazing. They are always kind and understanding and willing to explain things and talk about my concerns. They are flexible and they always listen to what I want, while sharing their professional advice. I feel heard and respected here. I highly recommend them!
I would give this place zero stars if I could! While At the end of my first pregnancy with my first baby, their doctors and nurses refused to believe I had preeclampsia because even though I continued to show protine in my uruin as well as had excessive swelling, my "blood pressure was not high enough". I loved my experience with the Midwife group. At my previous OB office in PA, my appointments always started 15+ minutes late and I had to ask questions to get any info from them. With Valley, my appointments started on time, they always validated that my questions were good (even if they've already heard them a million times), and they would always give me lots of information about that stage of pregnancy. Absolutely worse customer service. They lie and cannot compete a simple task such as faxing orders. One visit was too many.
I want to acknowledge the wonderful work of the Valley Obstetrics and Gynecology American Fork Midwives group. I attended a birth there about a month ago as a doula with CNM Kathryn Seamons. She was a wonderful midwife to see in action as she assisted my client's baby into the world. I loved her calming presence and how she clearly trusted the natural birth process.
