Every time I go I end up with the same provider, Donna S. Dizon-Townson. She has been insensitive when I’ve asked her questions and not personable. I always have felt disheartened when leaving that office compared to when I go to Valley Women’s Health providers. Especially being a high risk doctor for pregnant women, I feel like the doctors should be even more aware of how to care for their patients in an understanding and uplifting way.
I think their no children under 12 in the room policy is ridiculous and prevents women who have young children and no help at home from potentially getting life saving care. It’s a bit ridiculous to only have patients who are or are going to be mothers without providing any accommodations to support young families. I will not be going back ever. They really need to learn their audience.

We had a really positive experience with this office. All the techs and doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in great detail. No appointments felt rushed, and they helped us understand the process, complications, risks, expectations really well. They rotate who we saw most visits, and we liked all of them.
