Very grateful for this office and the experience we had there. Our baby was unfortunately given a fatal diagnosis but it was handled with so much compassion. We are especially impressed with Dr. Givens who spent hours with us going over options and decisions. We will always be thankful for the help during this hard time.
Today was my first experience with this location (love the diabetes team at Provo) the nurse was dismissive of my concerns, and when I wouldn’t take her advice (upping my insulin) without a discussion with an actual doctor, she told me that she was going to call my doctor and let him know I was putting my baby in danger. I felt bullied, and will not be working with mfm for the remainder of my pregnancy because this woman made me feel so uncomfortable and horrible.
I had a great experience. I've never been to MFM before but thought the ultrasound tech and doctor were professional, thorough and compassionate. Also, I'm really appreciative to not have a two hour commute to get the care I need to help my baby this pregnancy.
Their observations saved 2 of my children. I can never thank them enough!!
Horrible service and not caring at all. We lost our daughter at 15 weeks were suggested to see fetal medicine for help. We were rejected as a patient and told to go to a fertility clinic. We found out we were expecting again, I was sent to fetal medicine at 13 weeks and the ultrasound tech did an ultrasound took her findings to the doctor. The doctor came in and did a very brief ultrasound, made a guess about the sex and kept saying it was too early to tell anything. Two weeks later we lost our son.
