I saw Maile Yuzon Jan 12, 2026. The visit was pleasant and I was scheduled for a sleep study Jan 23rd, 2026 which went very well, the staff was great that evening and made the experience comfortable. Communication after that experience could be better, that is the reason for 4 stars

I am leaving only two stars because after this is where the experience has soured me. I would think that my experience was just a one off poor communications, as I read other reviews I see that I am not alone. Tiffany was very kind and helpful! Her approach helped me get comfortable and relaxed in the environment so I could sleep my best during the lab
I’ve been calling and no one answers the phone. I’ve called several times and left a voicemail.
I just had my sleep study last night and it was a great experience. I appreciated Tiffany for truly making ever effort to answer my questions. She is kind and very skilled! I also appreciated the scheduling staff. Also very kind and answered all my questions.
