5 stars for the NICU nursing team, 0 stars for the providers. If you want to ask questions, seek to understand plan of care, or challenge, go other places. First time in 40 years I've been told by an NP that if we continue to ask questions and challenge it will lead to delaying a child's release from care. Absolutely abhorrent, arrogant providers on staff in this unit.

Our boy was life flighted to af nicu and he had the best care! Thank you to everyone who watched our boy! He was only there for 4 days because of the best care takers! Thank you for the Nye’s!
