We had our first baby here and were so grateful for the hospital staff. Everyone was so kind, explained medications and procedures clearly, and made it a wonderful experience. My wife felt grateful for how safe she felt, and how they informative they were on child care.

Just delivered my first here. I would absolutely recommend this hospital. I wanted to do a natural birth and everyone that helped me was supportive and followed my wishes. The nurses did a great job answering all of my questions. I loved the nurses in the mom & baby unit. Torrie was sooooo helpful watching our baby for a couple of hours so we could sleep. I'm shocked they have good reviews and reading through the other ones makes me wonder if patients didn't ever experience other hospitals or if they caught the staff at a good time. I'm currently pregnant with baby #2. Our first baby was also born at American Fork and we didn't like them back then and still don't like them now. With our first baby, my water broke and we lived about 20 minutes from the hospital. Recently had our daughter here and I would rate this hospital (specifically labor and delivery and the recovery room on the second floor) about 97/100. They nailed all the most important things. Every nurse always washed their hands and followed all sanitation guidelines. Generally, all the basic things you would expect from a hospital are present here. Nurses were great and friendly. I had the best birth experience and recovery here thanks to all the AMAZING nurses!! Annalee, Kylie and Becca were all fantastic ! We didn’t have one horrible nurse and they were all so personable!!
