Here is my story: I presented for severe lethargy, collapse, vomiting, a fever and horrific GI signs. The ER team helped me as soon as I was rolled in and got to work. I had collapsed at home and was not very lucid when I arrived. The ER nurses threw in 2 IVC, pulled blood, vitals, started on IVF *LRS* and the ER doc came in within 30 minutes.
