Nothing but this thing to say about AF hospital, my wife has MS, we have to go in to the ER from time to time when she starts going in a Flare or when the pain is to unbearable. All of the staff are amazing to us. The Doctors , Nurses all treat her better then any other place we have had to go in, always treating her like a person. Always listening and always welling to help, never judging. From the bottom of are harts. Thank you.

My Dad was in their outpatient clinic for laparoscopic gallbladder removal. His care team did a wonderful job! We are so grateful for their skilled care and kindness while he was there. - Marie was so kind and welcoming. A great first face to see! - Cassie was my Dad’s personal angel throughout the process. I called the billing department five times to pay my bill. Every time I was connected to an outsourced representative in India, and every call was disconnected shortly after we started talking. Five calls in a row, and I still couldn’t make a payment. This is unacceptable customer service. 1 star.

We were there for a total of 8 hours. We waited for TWO hours in the lobby to even be seen. Then another 30 minutes to see a doctor. When we checked in we told them the reason for our visit. They had to call a nurse who lives an hour away, but they didn't do so until we were there for 3.5 hours. So 4.5+ hours before anything significant happened. I have never been to an ER that takes that long to start anything. I will not be returning to this ER ever. We saw a total a 6 nurses, none of them more than once, and 1 doctor, so ... read more
