Radiology treated me very good!!! Excellent care
Sitting in post op with my 73 year old mother. This has been an awful experience. The nurses and staff just talk to each other. The Poor woman is trying to recover from breast cancer and I have to drag them into help her with pain.
I came in and in my panic, said i think i may be having a heart attack. I told the doctor that my arm and face were completely numb. They told me i was just having an anxiety attack due to medication dosage. I again mentioned my numbness. Well i went to another hospital and it turned out i was having a mini stroke.
The staff that helps out is INCREDIBLE! The doctors, nurses, specialists and overall in person staff. HOWEVER, the billing department and office personnel on the other hand are a NIGHTMARE. I literally can NEVER depend on getting my insurance submitted with my claim. I always provide my insurance at the facility and over the phone. Somehow it is never "entered" and I have to call and provide my insurance information for the third time. The last time I called, they referenced an insurance company that I haven't had in 9 years... read more
