I paid to get in the pool and no one told us we have minutes before the pool is closed for training or something. We tried to get a refund so we could go to another pool because that was the last of the money I had that I spent on admission here, but they wouldn’t give a refund. Should’ve told me we only had minutes to swim or just giving us a refund. The facility itself is a little old, though well maintained. The best part about this place is the programs for kids. Our kids have done several from swimming lessons to gymnastics and several others. They are always reasonably priced and well organized.
LAZY LIFE GUARDS. My 20 month olds floatie was told to be put away. Hello? I’ve been to every pool in UT county and they allow my 20 month old to be in the same floatie in the lazy river, big pool, kiddie pool ect. I understand adults or unaccompanied children being told to not use floaties but my 20 month old? When I’m clearly right there? Sounds lazy life guarding instead.
