Tried to buy a home from Century and they broke so many ethics during the deal. It is crazy to me this is a national company with how criminal the people running it are. To keep it simple they tried to sneak on $29,000 worth of things out of our control in the contract and then they had no contractual obligation to do any finish work. So one sided, very dishonest.
