Wonderful experience with counselor and felt like they really cared and we're invested. However, we had a nightmarish experience with billing. We were told initially that our sessions we're being covered completely by insurance so we kept scheduling sessions. About 4 months and nearly $1,500 later we were shocked to find out that, in fact, none of our sessions we're covered by insurance. Our final bill then finally arrived 6 months after that discovery. Each client has there own experience working with a therapist. It's a relationship of trust and openness. The owners/therapists take a sincere and comprehensive approach to issues. I never felt judged or I was on a clock.
The therapists at the American Fork Center for Couples & Families are very professional. I highly recommend this clinic!
