Despite all the positive reviews, I felt like she wasn't able to offer me much and basically told me to go back to my other foot doctor. Was hopeful but overall disappointed with the care I got. The receptionist was also incredibly rude and messed up my appointment time the first time.
Horrible experience. The staff is not professional or trained properly. They are rather very rude. They can tell you anything over the phone but in person they can go back on their words with no liability. Dr. Kriti, herself, rather than accepting the mistakes, she will be quick to blame you for everything. Be aware of them or better prepared and get everything documented beforehand. Would not recommend them to anyone at all.
