Dr. Carter is very kind, thorough and attentive with his examination. He follows through after the visit. He is a patient advocate. His staff is also pleasant to interact and good with communication.
I was patient with spur on foot. Not much progress, won't do surgery. Husband had issues so we made appt with Dr Carter. First couple of appts were fine. This last one not productive as they first pushed out appt by week cause they needed a week for new patients. He went waited an hour he spent 5 minutes with my husband and promised meds. Dr Carter never called it in. Used my insurance for easy picking.
Our first visit to this office and we can honestly attest to the fact, that is was the best experience ever with a podiatrist. Dr. Carter treated my husband and I with so much caring and he is so detailed in explaining our issues that impressed us very much. We walked out of this office feeling so good that we will continue our visits with him. He also has a truly wonderful staff that also treated us with repect from the moment we walked in, until we checked out. Kudos to Dr. Carter and his staff!
