they never answer the phone,their location is not accurate, even Uber drivers can't find this place, when I finally arrived, in the second Uber I had to take, and I explained why I was late, but asked them to go ahead and work my Mom in for her appointment, they rudely told us to get out, we will not be back
Dr. Carter is very kind, thorough and attentive with his examination. He follows through after the visit. He is a patient advocate. His staff is also pleasant to interact and good with communication.
I was patient with spur on foot. Not much progress, won't do surgery. Husband had issues so we made appt with Dr Carter. First couple of appts were fine. This last one not productive as they first pushed out appt by week cause they needed a week for new patients. He went waited an hour he spent 5 minutes with my husband and promised meds. Dr Carter never called it in. Used my insurance for easy picking.
