The team at AFB floors has continues to perform with controlled urgency, with scheduling and installation. They implement a follow up walk through with QC manager, to insure the work performed meets or exceeds their standard as well as making sure that we are happy with the quality and condition of the living space. When and if there is any area of concern it is met with enthusiastic urgency, to make it right. My favorite thing about AFB flooring is that while their company grows, as they should, they keep the family business mentality. They genuinely care about making connections with their clients, and under promising and over delivering in product and service. I have never experienced such care in a vendor.
