Recived excellent customer service! I could not find a specific flooring because its been discontinued and they were able to find a warehouse that still had stock. Received my floor and its beautiful! Very happy with my experience.
I feel like I was scammed. I ordered Schluter items through American Flooring Distributors' website. The closest I came to receiving my purchase was a Fed Ex label being printed by AFD. The items were never shipped, nor was I given an explanation, nor was I refunded. Calling AFD was a waste of time; I was usually on hold for 30+ minutes, disconnected most times.
