I’ve known Jerry for over 20 years. I’ve seen many jobs installed (Lvp) by him/his crew and he always does a wonderful job. Also, he has done several bathroom renovations I have been a part of and he always goes over and beyond to make sure things are done correctly and professionally. I would not hesitate at all to hire him, have him in my house doing anything from renovations to flooring. I have always been overly satisfied.
Jerry at American Flooring was very prompt in coming out to give me a quote on doing LVP and carpet for our house. The price was right and his crews were excellent and very polite. They did a fantastic job on the LVP and the carpet!
They did an amazing job. Very courteous and hardworking people. Just look at my before and after pictures and you will see. On time worked late and even worked on Saturday to get this project completed. We are totally in love with our new bathroom Thanks guys for an amazing job
Update from our install almost 3 years ago: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Jerry and his wife got my good review almost 3 years ago because of the selling and install were great but 2 months down the rode we started having issues and the issues keep growing. We called Jerry when the first nail issue started about 2 months after install. He kept giving the runaround saying he would send his guy next week. Hiring Jerry and American was a huge mistake I’m almost embarrassed that it took me this long to write this review and write a last request for Jerry to fulfill the promise ‘to treat us as family’ that he made to us in our living room 5 years ago. For 5 years I've left count less voicemails, countless texts on Jerry's phone , several messages on the “company” phone calmly asking for Jerry to just come by and look at what I talking about.
