We had the pleasure of working with Roy for our new on-site poured terrazzo floors. The final result is outstanding. Initially, there was an issue with the chip/pebble supplier, who mislabeled some bags, leading to inconsistent pebble sizes. Roy quickly identified the problem, and despite the terrazzo already being poured, he and his team took swift action. We recently had American Flooring Agency restore a portion of our original terrazzo floors, and couldn't be happier with the process and results.
