we received a quote to install laminate flooring in our kitchen and on our stairs going down to basement, the service after the sale was poor, took a month and a half to get the floor installed. The craftmanship was poor, the stairs are just a joke, the used brads and covered the brads with caulk, they did not put the trim back correctly, they scratched the top step and did not tell us, the glue used did not hold and two nose pieces are coming loose after a month of the installation. we talked with them and the wanted to sen... read more
