Near impossible to talk to anyone.
Called their number multiple times over the past 6 months and left messages for a return call. I have yet to hear anything back from them as of 5/30/2025. I can only assume they are out of business.
We had the flooring and carpet replaced for 12,800 dollars in May of last year. There is a problem with the flooring in the kitchen. One piece looks like it was not snapped correctly. Now there is a 1/4inch gap in the flooring. I've been to the store four times starting Dec 27th. I was told it would be corrected the following week. No show no call. My last visit was Feb 15th I spoke to the owner and his wife. And was told they would be out Tuesday or Wednesday. Again no show and no call.
