As a valet driver you're mostly out in the elements, but you are overworked due to the high turnover rate that this company has..816 employees hired since 1978.. 100 of those were just in the last 3 years! Also it's no coincidence that the last two employees that they released are of color, which they only had 3 total!! An office position tends to be more stressful than a valet one, as with valet you are out on the road more. There are too many chiefs, and not enough indians here in this micro managed outfit. Went here for an oil change, now I'm being told I can't take my car even though I already paid because someone at the shop thinks it's unsafe to drive. It's my car and I paid for what I came for.
