Had a good experience up to the point of getting ready to start the engine and the ECM would not communicate. When we contacted them, told it was warranty and did not get any help. Was told I had to take it to the dealership to find out what was wrong with the ECM which meant towing it. There was no compensation for all the time and labor or any help from them. I felt like I should have been shipped an ECM immediately. I know that this was a Detroit factory rebuilt reman motor but it was purchased from American Fleet.
