This is the best self storage place I have ever been too. The staff is very helpful and kind. And the facility is always very clean. Another thing I have noticed along with the great service is that the prices are considerably low compare to the others in the Raeford/Fayetteville area. Overall I am very pleased and never had a problem with my units or my car on the lot.
We have had nothing but trouble with this place.... I went into the office at one point because I was having issues with their gate and the lady behind the desk had her boyfriend behind the desk with her and acted as annoyed and bothered by me coming in! they told us one price and then charged another during my husbands deployment. Then when he was coming home I called to ask what the procedure was for exciting the unit.The person I talked to said all it neede to so is clear out our things and there was no need to come into ... read more
Don't put your stuff in this storage unit they will steal and sell it without ur permission. The person who buys it is a short fat black girl who pays 50 dollars for your locker because no one else is there to bid on it. Then afterwards they say it is sold. These people are crooks and steal and sell your stuff and our not to be trusted
bad for business!!! Tracy is rude to customers. I came in to get services and she talked to me like I was ignorant. she does not know how to communicate with others and will leave you waiting over 30 minutes just to get assistance. don't store your items here.
its clean, the drive up climate control units are beautiful with power in the units. the prices are reasonable compared to nearby facilities. and especially the office staff is friendly and professional. i got outstanding service. thanks american flag.
Spoke with the manager ( Arlene) , she was very sweet and informative. very willing to accomidate my needs. she even stayed until 7 in the evening to wait for my husband to arrive to decide ( they close at 6 in the evening. she took us to look and we both were very pleased. we are moving stuff in for our daughter in may . the price is cheap! the place is clean! and the location is in a great area.
