I have used American Fitness of Waterford for at least 7 years...It is family run and you get to know the owners personally.Free Training to all who join, nice people, nice clean place with good working equipment , w./ Yoga classes,Spinning (bikes) ,Pilates, Zumba is GREAT and more....Just a great place to hang out and have a" healthy day"!

I got back in the gym 3 yrs ago. Best thing I ever did. I enjoy the family owned gym atmosphere and have a blast working out with all the great people!!! The Heath family are great folks.... hugs
