Have been working on my refinance since 10/17/2020. I provided all tax documents and any paperwork needed to expedite the process. Unfortunately they took almost 4 months to complete my loan and because it has spilled over to 2021 I no longer qualify! Their tardiness or unprofessionalism behind doors will cost me thousands.
