If I could give no stars I would; i received a pre-approved notice for a new mortgage. I was connected to Duane Sherman who completed my paperwork. Well there were so many mistakes in his work I am amazed he has a job. After not hearing from him for a week I inquired about my loan status. 5 days later and 20 days into the deal I was told an appraisal which was waived was now needed.
