Real Estate 2020 The mortgage lenders are moving at an un-human pace due to the high demand of both sales & refinances. We have had COVID-19, we have had wild fires, we have had delays due to shortage of appraisers to handle the amount of orders coming in. The statement that 2020 has been a challenge in real estate is a gross understatement. I know that when I am working with Jeff and his team I can count on them to get the job done for my clients.
