I have closed 2 DSCR loans with American Financial Lending this year and both have been seamless. Joseph and his team at AFL are great at communicating and keeping everything on track and moving forward. Their interest rate for my DSCR was very fair and the fees are reasonable. I will continue to work with them for my investment properties.
