Worst FSA I have ever signed up for. Their rep did not collect the information he needed when I initially signed up so now weeks later I am still having to make phone calls to them as I still cannot register on the website and nobody seems to be able to figure out why. I am so sick of their excuse of blaming my workplace or saying that the initial rep was new. It is your responsibility to train your employees adequately, not mine. We have the program where daycare is reimbursed monthly after having an initial amount removed from paychecks. It’s a great program. But it has poor execution. This last reimbursement took them 30 days to reimburse. We had 4 long winded phone call marathons with various workers. They are kind and positive, and utterly powerless to fix broken things. I've been dealing with an issue since September with American Fidelity who have been giving me the runaround. One person will give me false promises, while the other says those promises will not be honored. When someone from a company says they'll do something (even if they shouldn't have been making those promises) I expect it to be honored. I have also given the times I am available to be called & yet I am called on the days I am not available... thus being given the runaround.
American Fidelity supplemental insurance is irresponsible and doesn't pay attention to their claims. They overpaid a substantial amount to us and demanded repayment immediately. I was very swift in trying to make that happen and I got the runaround from several different employees about how to make that happen.
