We had a great time with these oeople. They are friendly and honest. There flag flies above the rest.

American Fence installed a rail fence with metal wire and did a GREAT job. Their employees are skilled, accommodating, professional and hard working. The estimator had good ideas/suggestions on design and type of fence. This company was not the least expensive but their experience and superior product was well worth the money. A fence is an investment and you would like it to last many years...believe me, a fence installed by this company will not disappoint.
Signed a contract with them to start installation of a fence in 3 weeks and paid $5000 down. When they didn't show up we called to find out what was going on. They gave several different possible start times and told my boyfriend they hadn't even ordered the materials yet, let alone started fabrication or staining. I was told the next day however that the materials were ordered 3 weeks ago and could take a long time to come(coming from NJ 90 minutes away). Donna, we followed our normal procedures in taking a 1/3 deposit on your job then ordering the materials. Unfortunately due to the unusual height of the fence you ordered and the time of the year, the materials took longer than anticipated to acquire. Our installation coordinator was in touch with your boyfriend last Monday (within the three week time frame) to let him know we’d be able to begin installation Friday or Monday and he seemed fine during that conversation. Signed a contract with them on 10/27 and paid $5000 down. Contract stated they would install fence in 3 weeks. Called them when they were supposed to start and they hadn't even ordered the materials , let alone started fabricatng the fence. My boyfriend was told they didn't order the materials yet and I was told they were ordered weeks ago. Threatened to take them to court for breech of contract, and the same day they drove to my home and returned my deposit. I feel this company are liars and untrustworthy.
