I have been going to them for years now, and all of a sudden they just GHOSTED me. Their phone number does not work, they wont answer any emails, and never contacted me to inform me of any changes to how to contact them. EXTREMELY disappointed in their lack of communication.
I have been a patient of theirs for 2 years. I missed a phone call from them at 1pm and returned it at 2pm with no answer. That was 17 days ago! I continued to call them multiple times the next 2 weeks. They haven't returned a single call up until TODAY!!! I've been out of psychiatric medicine for 7 days straight and the reason was that the doc left at 2 that day? And then they were on vacation? Pick a different doctor.
Very down to earth Dr. Cares about how I'm doing and listens to my concerns.
Been days without my medications and they will not answer at all.
