Don't Be A Hater! – To read negative comments about Winston Vineyard and his staff is very upsetting. We have been clients of his for over 17 years now, and he has our home, auto and life insurance policies. I have had nothing but great service from them (this is hard to find in this day and age). I have been a client at Winston Vineyard Agency for sometime. They handle my home and car insurance. I was very sad to read the negative comments concerning the Winston Vineyard Agency. I have always been treated very professionally and have worked with Lisa personally on several changes on home and car insurances issues. Very happy with service – I have been with Winston Vineyard's agency for about 9 years. I have always been extremely happy with my service. When i switched my premium went down so much I had to ask if was "FULL" coverage. When they see that for any reason I could be paying less I hear from them to re-evaluate my policy. Both my adult children now have Winston Vineyard's agency on their autos. RELIABLE, SUPPORTIVE AGENCY – I have been a client of American Family Insurance, Winston VIneyard agency for over 15 years and have absolutely nothing but great things to say about him and his team. American Family Insurance Winston Vineyard, 9280 E Raintree – VERY UNPROFESSIONAL American Family Insurance at 9280 E Raintree Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 are not very helpful and they over charge. I called LISA on the 2nd to add insurance and they did not bill my account until the 16th. During that time I lost my card and put a stop on it while I ordered another one (that was on the 15th).
