Dan has insured my family’s home and autos for over 5 years. He is always available to help when needed and his colleague Madison is quick to respond and great to work with. He helped me find savings in my policies that were not identified by our previous agent.
Unfortunately for me, I am someone that has random stuff happen that makes having insurance very important. Fortunately for me, I have an agent in Dan that is always available for me and my family. He is also extremely well connected and knows credible business operators that can help with life’s daily expenses - from car services to home carpentry, he can always connect me with someone I can trust to get jobs done right. Dan does right by his customers.
My wife and I had Dan as a agent for over ten years. I purchased an expensive trip to Croatia and decided to get get trip insurance as it is a 20k expense. AmFam does sell trip insurance and I asked Dan and his associates to look into this for me. You only get a ten day window to purchase trip insurance so time was critical. I've been with Dan and his team for around (5) years. He's built my trust and confidence knowing that I have the best plans for my family and I at highly competitive rates. Whenever I need info on my plans for job required updates, they've sent over what I requested very quickly. Madisson is also great about pro-actively getting out in front of expiry dates or any updates/info on my accounts before problems arise. I appreciate y'all.
