Travis is great to work with. He always responds quickly to emails and he is very honest and trustworthy. He recently helped me trim some of the unnecessary coverages on my policy to help reduce my premium. Travis is a very professional and honest businesman.

When I got my daughter on the insurance boy did my rate increase. I paid overpaid for nearly a year. I went with Progressive which was 300 less then what I paid with AF. Personable yes business eh Be very careful with last bill. I received one last statement and forgot about it. About a week late and my bill had already gone to collection agency. Be careful!!

I had a hard time finding a agent, I found Travis and he goes above and beyond!! Have you ever been on vacation and find yourself being pulled over, and you forgot you insurance card? I called Travis and he emailed it to me ASAP! Greatest Agent ever! And Cindy in the office is the BEST!! I think I have been with them for 10+ years now.

Your site says open until 5pm but when I got there at 4:21pm your doors were locked. Website should be updated as it was a 45 min drive so very inconvenient
