I recently sufferred a serious accident. My car was totaled. Everyone I worked with from Tim to corporate were so kind, encouraging and interested in me as a person. I reported the accident through corporate office as it occurred on a Sunday. Tim called the very next day to check on me. His office staff is very supportive. It's the reason I have stayed with AMFAM since the 70's and well worth the cost of insurance.
Tim and his Am. Fam. office are a great group to work with, they are very informative and helpful. Anyone we have had to talk to about a claim within the Am. Fam. Ins. Co. has made takeing care of a claim very easy and simple. We are very happy withem, and highly recommend Am Fam!
