I was with Tara and her agency for 5+ years. Cars. Home. Life. When my home insurance dropped us for too many water claims, Tara and her team did not even bother calling my wife or I to let us know. They did email me when looking back, but this is not an email that I used. You would think they would call… switched insurances and my cars and home insurance are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for just as good coverage. I expressed my concerns to Tara directly and she refused to take any accountability
