When I could get a hold of her it was GREAT!!! But often I couldn't get a hold of her and didn't receive a call back. Not sure whats going on. I hope all is okay.

I have been working with Sylvia Hoyer and her agency for a couple of years now and I have nothing but great things to say. Her staff is always helpful and very well trained. Sylvia pays attention to little details and always response promptly when I have a question or concern. I had an auto body specialist tell me once that American Family Insurance is the best insurance company to work with. They don’t try to cheat their clients or cut corners. Well I can honestly say that Sylvia Hoyer is the cream of the AMFAM Crop!
