I was a loyal customer for years. Mid August my engine blew so I contacted my agent to discuss cancelling my policy since I would not be driving for several months. He failed to inform me that after 30 days without insurance ID be denied coverage by them and any other major company. Why should I keep insurance when I don't own a car? That's what I asked. I received BAD ADVICE!
