OMG I love American Family Insurance especially Silvia Vazquez's office they are super friendly and their office is very clean. That's a 10 in my book. Gina and Silvia have awesome customer service skills. I go in for like 10 mins and end up staying for like thirty because of all the options I have. Way to go girls!!!!
