Extremely disappointing. After nearly 20 years of being with this agency they decided to "change billing systems". Because of this, apparently payments were missed that they sent to collections without even a phone call from the agent to me first to explain. I'm now spending time trying to dispute this and it is affecting my credit. My home owners insurance was reported as canceled and I had to spend several hours on the phone with my mortgage company trying to get resolutions to mistakes they made.
