Don't know what other reviewer is talking about I got all of my policies updated inside of a week which included 2 cars, 3 bikes, ATV and house. Took a week because I was looking into new insurance at a few places and when I decided to go with American Family everything was done in two days including photos of my house. The staff is great and always helpful and you can't really beat the rates. Glad I'm doing business with a local office and hopefully they continue with their excellent business practices.
THE WORKERS ARE VERY NICE BUT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO GET BACK WITH YOU THEY MOVE VERY SLOW
