Tried to support this small agency but then found out how much I disagree with how he conducts business and how poorly he treats staff and customers. Steer clear and save your time and money.

All I have to say is do not give this man your service. He isn't held accountable for his actions to employees or customers. If you like to be ignored, he is the man for you. If not, stay away. Very unprofessional and condescending no matter who you are.
