Despite having a squeaky clean driving record, he tried to raise my premium by $300. When I didn't renew, he sent me a new quote that was $300 less. Very shady and glad I left!
Ricky is a nice guy. Had my auto/renters/motorcycle policy with AMFAM for 8 years without incident. Unfortunately an account that was set to autopay was canceled and therefore they denied a theft claim. Cost me $15,000 for a $120/year policy. Disappointed. Like I said, Ricky is a nice guy but due to the huge financial hit I took I moved my business elsewhere. Saved $2,300 a year too.
