Customer service is so appreciated with this office. I don't need to call much but when I do my questions/needs are addressed almost immediately with promptness and courteousness. Best in the business.
Rich and Jodi are very easy to work with and always helpful and timely with any insurance request. I know sometimes they drop everything they have going to help out, something you won’t find anywhere else.

I absolutely love American Family Insurance! Rich and Jodi are nothing short of amazing and truly feel like family to me. I went through the horrible experience of having my car stolen, not once but twice at the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021. Richard has been my insurance agent since I first started driving at 16 years old. I have been with him for 14 years now and will never leave. Richard and his office manager, Jodi, have always been very personable and responsive. They are very knowledgeable on the variety of coverages available for me and have done a great job explaining my options.
